Brno, Valentino Rossi claimed could never forget the wonderful experience to make the Yamaha MotoGP world champion, as he announced his move to Ducati. After the race at Brno, Rossi and Yamaha announce layoffs in the upcoming 2011 season.

Since the arrival of Rossi's Yamaha team transformed into a giant a difficult match. The Doctor himself is still remembered his first victory riding a Yamaha YZR M1, six years ago in South Africa.

"It's hard to explain my relationship with Yamaha for the past seven years," he said.

"Many things have changed since before 2004 and then, but 'he', my M1, also changed. At that time he was still lousy and just become residents of the middle board. Now that helped it grow and grow, you can see him smiling in his garage, adored and admired, are treated as motor 'top', "explained Rossi.

"A lot of people that play a role in this transformation, but I want to thank especially to Masao Furusawa, Masahiko Nakajima and Hiroya Atsumi, as representatives from all the technicians who have worked hard to change the M1 face us," he said.

"Then there was Jeremy Burgess in the garage and my technician, who treated her with love in every circuit in the world and also all those who have worked at Yamaha for a few tahunini," continued the Italian racer.

Rossi added that Yamaha's time to start a new cycle. "Now is the time I was looking for a new challenge, my job here at Yamaha have been over," he said.

"Unfortunately, each of the most beautiful love stories must end, but they left a lot of fond memories, like when he (M1) and I kissed the first time on grass in Welkom (South Africa), as he looked straight into my eyes and said ' I love you! ", he said.

Since then, has become a ritual for Rossi kissing his bike each front fender before the race.
